The capabilities of the modern numerated sealing and indicating devices enable the solution of actually all the tasks with regard to storage and access control and serve as a means of marking and quality indication.

They ensure both the limiting of the material valuables access and the timely establishment of the act of unsealing or violating the storage or transportation conditions. Unsealing a modern numerated seal and resealing it without leaving visible marks is practically impossible. The individual unique number eliminates the possibility of replacing the seal and it also enables the cargo record-keeping, the computer register of the goods and the regulation of the relationships with the suppliers and clients in cases of conflict.

The application of the modern seals is virtually unlimited – for example sealing railway and air-transport containers, trucks and other transportation vehicles; commercial and warehouse premises, collection bags, postal sacks, office doors and other premises, computers and office equipment, etc.

Regardless of the whole diversity, all available seals have many things in common:

• Each seal is individual and the serial number is unique;
• The special sealing device eliminates the possibility of replacing or forging the seal;
• Easy manual placement with no special tools required;
• The diversity in colors and modifications allows the determination of the employees responsibilities and ensures a more individual access control;
• There is a possibility of increasing the security level by placing the company logo on the seals;

The modern seals:

• are handy and easy to use (generally they are placed and displaced manually within seconds and with no special tools);
• have a high level of reliability and resistance as far as unapproved unsealing and reusing without visible marks is concerned; their replacement and forging when used are impossible;
• the presence of a unique number on each seal eliminates the possibility of its replacement;
• there is an option of putting on additional information (company name, logo, telephone number, bar code, etc.);
• the individual number on the seal enables the keeping of a computer record of the sealed object contents according to the seal number and the sealing registering in the cargo warehouse;
• the information on the seal (seven-digit number and other marks), the seal design, the presence of a seal individual number and color ensure a reliable identification as well as an easy visual control of its integrity;
• have good resistance to external conditions (moisture, rain, snow, low temperatures, direct sunshine) and to aggressive factors (the material that the seals are made of does not induce chemical reactions and does not form chemical combinations with the cargo);
• are pressure-resistant during exploitation (stretching, vibrations, blows).
